Dubai – Mubasher: GFH Group - the Dubai-, Bahrain-, and Kuwait-listed firm, stated on Sunday that group’s board member Jassim Mohammed Al Seddiqi has withdrawn his resignation, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

In November, GFH Group announced the resignation of Al Seddiqi from its board.

The company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved in April a proposal to increase the board members’ number to 10 and elected Al Seddiqi as a managing director.
